Every foundation starts with a first rep.

The Foundation Tee represents the decision to begin—and the consistency required to build from there. Part of REP 001, it embodies the belief behind No Failed Reps: every effort, lesson, setback, and breakthrough gives you something to build on.

The work starts in the gym. What it builds goes far beyond it.

Every rep counts.
